Nothing Every Day

It's the end of April and signs of new life and the elements of summer are popping up all around us. I knew it would be the perfect day to get outside and explore, get in a good walk, and see some friends who we haven't connected with in a number of weeks. Jeremy and his momma Rheannon met us at the Cherry Creek Trailhead in between our two homes and we strolled/walked/explored for 2 hours this morning. So happy I brought my nice camera and shot some pics of our sweet girl and her dear friend. These are some of my favorite to date:

We had a lovely Easter spent with family and friends. The church we've been attending is in Highlands Ranch and called Wildflower and is a different type of service as a part of St. Andrew's Methodist Church. Anyhow, Pastor Dale and Tim asked if they could show Amity's birth video during offering to have an artistic way of looking at a "resurrection" story. It was so great to remember just how far we've come and how strong our girl is now. Saturday night we celebrated Easter with the Poppengers, the Geisicks, the Harveys, Missy, Gigi and her friend. It was a full house, complete with laughter and so much joy. I only grabbed a handful of pictures there but got lots of fun video for this month's video. Sunday afternoon we went to my folks' and Amity did her first outdoor  egg hunt. She loved spending so much time with all our family and we can't wait to celebrate a belated Easter with the Adamsons soon!
