a friday ritual. a single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. a simple, special, extraordinary moment. a moment I want to pause, savor, and remember.
I think Kitchen Wednesdays might ring more true and so that's the new title for these sorts of days. See the new look? Though my daughter has strangely light brown hair, and very little of it, I did manage to get her first ponytail in the record books since she has the cutest little mohawk! June was one of the best months so far this year. The Harveys were here visiting from Texas which instantly created the opportunity to do more fun and exciting things with grandparents/great-grands. It's a breath of fresh air watching the "bigs" (Ami, Ever, and Gracie) just jump into step alongside each other as if they haven't been states away for a couple of years now. The babies were the cutest together and have some sweet snuggles as we picnicked with Grampy in Fort Collins after visiting the Discovery Museum. There were snuggles with Grandma and Grandpa on their back patio, and swinging in the country out at the Adamsons. It was just a lovely month in so many ways but here was a tiny glimpse.
